Presenter:

Gina Steele, President of Steele Leadership, Inc., has been an attorney for more than 20 years, and has run her own firm for more than 6 years. Prior to starting her own law firm, she worked in both large and small firms, where she managed teams of attorneys and support staff.  To improve her success as a business owner and manager of other attorneys, Gina honed her leadership skills. In the process, she found that as she grew her own leadership skills, her law practice became easier, more successful, and more enjoyable.  She decided she wanted to help other attorney’s increase their leadership skills, and become a certified coach through the UC Berkley Haas School of Business.  Since becoming a coach, she has taught CLEs and leadership classes and workshops for MBA students. She is also the past president of the Silicon Valley IP Lawyers Association.
